Queen of Wands

This queen is a mighty ruler. Usually, the female principle equals passivity. But the Queen of Wands is not passive at all, but rather resolute, dynamic, and energetic.
Her actions are passionate and therefore sometimes exuberant. This archetype can be a strong confederate, but also a hideous predator.
At this point, we know what we want and will fight for it until we are completely exhausted.
Our deep passion can lead to both extremes, unconditional love as well as burning hate. We would defend our loved ones with all the strength of our burning fire from within.
This archetype will never subordinate to others, which can lead to serious problems with superiors, but also to strong alliances and positions of power. We are likely to fight with the principle of balance – this queens attribute is an all-embracing matriarchy, which can be crushing for her people. Just like in patriarchy, this one-sided form of positioning ourselves is an extreme and not necessarily a goal to be reached. However, to awake the fire within is an inevitable step to self-awareness.
This process is associated with the Kundalini, the fire serpent, and the force, which nests within us all. This force is passive and dormant, until awakened. Arising this dragon can be dangerous at first, so we should be aware of the warning signs. The feeling of power and strength should never be used to extend the energy to subdue others. After all, being a queen means to take care and help her people to obtain the fire within, not to be worshipped, to keep the fire fueled. Every such blaze eventually burns down – this is what a fire is meant to do. To make the sacrifice and respect this process means to let is happen naturally. This may be a task which is as difficult and important as awakening it initially. Being this fiery queen, we must never forget this, or we will eventually burn down along with this fire of ours, we failed to control.
